Sixteenth Annual Massillon Dinner Event

Thanks to all those who attended, and sponsored  our Sixteenth Massillon Dinner Event, and helped to make it a success!

St. John’s Villa is an approved provider of services to Developmentally Disabled (DD) through the Individual Options Waiver and supported living for individuals living in the community and requiring some specific supports to continue community living.

The Supported Living/Individual Options Waiver Services Funding is a combination of County, State, and Medicaid.

Services:
·         Home and money management;

·         Medical coordination (Doctor’s appointments and visits)

•   Delegated Nursing (if needed);

·         In-home and out-of-home supports;

·         Recreational activities;

·         Transportation; and

·         Service planning.

Goals of Program:

·         Maintain health and safety of the individuals living in the community;

·        Provide support to help individual maintain community placement; and

·        Continue to expand quality of life for each individual.
