The Villa Adult Day Services cares for aging individuals from Carroll and surrounding Counties:

·         Promoting the individual's maximum level of
    independence;

·         Maintaining the individual's present level of functioning as long as possible, preventing or delaying further deterioration;

·         Restoring and rehabilitating the individual to his/her highest possible level of functioning;

·         Providing support, respite and education for families and other caregivers;

·         Serving as an integral part of the community service network and the long-term care continuum;

·         Providing ongoing support for our MRDD residents when they experience temporary illness or injury; and

·         Providing a viable alternative to MRDD persons in their aging process.

Provided Services:

·         Transportation;

·         Nutritious lunch and snacks. Child and
    Adult Care Food Program through the
    Ohio Department of Education provides
    nutritional guidelines and partial
    reimbursement for meals served;

·         Socialization and activities;

·         Personal care;

·         Nursing and trained professional
    supports;

·         Passport and Community Care support
    through Area Agency on Aging; and

·         Intergenerational Activities.
